Satake
Stand: 1048

Satake is a leading engineering and manufacturing group with multiple sites across the globe. It is able to deliver solutions for the food processing industries including pulse hulling, rice and cereal milling, colour sorting and more.

Responsible for many innovative solutions and processes which now are considered industry standard, SATAKE still continues to invent and develop solutions to ever evolving requirements of its customers.

In 2016 Satake Europe launched the REZS high capacity range of Colour Sorters, using the same sorting principles as the highly successful Satake Pikasen compact colour sorter, the REZS is available in different capacities and configurations and offers flexible resort options which are easily changed by the user to adapt to different products.  As with all Satake Colour Sorting machines the REZS and Pikasen have the ability to automatically recalibrate with no need to stop the production line.

The REZS has already received exceptionally positive feedback from our customers.

REZS and Pikasen both feature advanced full colour camera technology enabling detection and removal of defects with subtle colour differences. Their intuitive user interface touch screens and the ability to automatically set sorting parameters make this machine very easy to use, requiring minimal operator training.
