Special Assistance

We understand that sometimes special assistance is needed to get the most out of a show you're attending. That's why here at Cereals, your needs are our top priority. We endeavour to make sure everyone can enjoy their experience despite any additional requirements. It is paramount to us that Cereals is all-inclusive and boundary free.

Access & Parking

There will be a forward parking area close to the visitor entrance for vehicles displaying the official blue disability badge. Please follow all 'Cereals Visitor' signage to the event.

If you do not have an official blue disability badge, but have reduced mobility, and need to park close to the entrance, please contact the Cereals Team in advance here.

Mobility Hire

Mobility scooters will be available to hire at Cereals 2025. It is advisable to book in advance at Cereals.

Please note Cereals takes place in a field, and while it is mostly flat, there may be areas of uneven terrain, especially in wet weather.

Book your scooter here.

Carers, Assistants & Guides

If you need to bring a carer, assistant, or a guide with you to the event to maximise your enjoyment, then that carer will be admitted free of charge.  Please make this clear to the registration desk onsite.

Children at Cereals

Cereals is a trade event and has a great deal of working machinery so we do not recommend children under the age of 16 attend the event.

If you do plan to bring children, children aged 6-16 will be charged student rate for admittance; children aged 5 and under will be admitted free of charge. Please contact the team here for the student discount code.

Dogs

Dogs on leads are welcome to the event but please bring clean-up supplies as they will not be provided.

Hearing Impairments

Induction loops are fitted at ticket sales desks, the Press Office and Organisers Offices.

Toilets

There are unisex wheelchair-accessible toilets near the registration entrances.

Medical Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, please notify a member of security or any member of the Cereals event team who will help you.  First aid is located next to the Organisers Office.
