Simon has amassed a lot of data over the past few years which he uses to apply fertiliser more effectively to produce a more even yield throughout a field.

HarvestLab has already thrown up some unexpected surprises when comparing yield with protein content. In future he hopes to be able to segment loads by the amount of protein to boost the financial sustainability of his farm.
