The first Berthoud Sprayers were manufactured in 1895 to meet the needs of local vineyards in their area of France. From this moment in time they recognised that different crops require different application methods and soon developed alternative designs for farmers and horticulturalists. Today they are one of the world’s leading manufacturers and one of very few who design every element of their machines from booms to pumps to computerised controls.

Berthoud’s agricultural catalogue offers a comprehensive range of machines from compact mounted sprayers 200 to 1600 litres, through to 2500 to 6700 litre trailed models and to the self-propelled Raptor range with capacities from 3200 to 5200lts.

There are varying models of booms with widths from 7 to 44 metres to complete a comprehensive range for all spraying requirements.

Berthoud also offer a full range of specialised mounted and trailed machines for the Vineyard, Fruit and Orchard industries.The use of Air-blast and Pneumatic assisted sprayer’s offers a complete range for accurate spraying applications.
