
Adam Corbin
Adam is a Partner in the Agriculture team, with broad legal and practical experience in the rural sector having previously worked for a landed estate and as an assistant surveyor. Adam provides niche rural business and public law advice in connection with land ownership, access to land, and property transactions.
As a litigator, Adam runs disputes in property, commercial, criminal, and public law matters. He is the architect of a number of complex property and public body agreements in the natural capital space, such as the framework agreement between the Environment Agency and the Clinton Devon Estate for the Lower Otter Restoration Project, and a similar, but more complex, agreement between an estate, a construction firm, and the Environment Agency in the East of England.
Adam is also a Fellow of the CAAV and a qualified Barrister.
