Steve is Head of Business Resilience at AHDB and has led the delivery of the Farm Business Review service over the last year, providing business support to 2000 farmers across England to address the reduction in BPS income that will be seen as part of the Agricultural Transition period.  Steve has been with AHDB for 12 years, starting as regional manager in the north east for beef and lamb, before leading the pork KE team and more recently the business and skills delivery.  Steve is from a farming background and has worked in roles supporting farms with their diversification plans, accessing grants and consultancy work with food processors to develop their UK based supply chains.
