Alongside running his own arable farm in Oxfordshire Tom heads up the team at BOFIN, including leading three of our Innovate UK funded projects that drive agricultural innovation. With extensive experience in agricultural journalism and campaigning Tom is committed to advancing the industry through collaboration – bringing together leading scientists and researchers with progressive farmers to bring about positive change. A natural orator Tom is frequently invited to take part in and chair industry events and is never afraid to ask tricky questions!
