Vital Info

Tickets

Tickets for the Cereals Event go on sale from 29th March.

Cereals Event Guide

An Event Guide will be produced in association with Farmers Weekly and will be available for collection at the event.

Car Parking

We are introducing a Free Visitor Park and Ride system for all visitors to the event in order to alleviate traffic congestion.  There are 3 satellite car parks, dividing the visitor traffic into 3 separate areas to avoid traffic conflict.  It is imperative that you follow the traffic signage that will cover the local road networks and not your Sat Nav.

If you book your tickets in advance, you will receive directions to your car park according to your postcode, with your tickets.  Full directions will also be given on the website in the near future.  The Park & Ride sites are operational from 6.30am and are closed and locked at 7.30pm.  Visitors will be able to gain access to the event from 7.00am to enjoy breakfast.  We strongly recommend that you take advantage of the early opening times to avoid the peak local commuting travel.

It is integral to the traffic plan that our visitors follow the Park & Ride signage.  Please do not drive to the event site as there is NO facility for Visitor parking.

Vehicles displaying the official blue disabled pass will be able to park at the event site.  Please email cereals.operations@haymarket.com for further information and directions.

For private coach parties (including 10 seater and above mini buses), please email cereals.operations@haymarket.com for further information and directions. Please contact our transport partner, Burtons Premier Travel Services on hire@burtons-bus.co.uk for a quote, if you wish to hire a bus.

If you are an exhibitor, please see the information within the Exhibitor Manual for further information and directions.
